I understand how you feel...i too am held at gun point to watch television. I mean, my gosh! I told myself, i cant believe i'm going to have to watch sponge bob for 30 mins...i just wish there was some device that could make something else come on the screen or maybe turn the screen off....too bad huh?
The point of the ad is to upset and evoke strong emotion. You are not forced to see it. You can change the channel, go make a sandwich, or at the worst, turn the TV off fro a few. Do you get offended that you have to watch a Tide commercial?
